Our Refund Policy

At FurahaNuru, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our shorts, skirts, and tops. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help. Please review the following policy regarding returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original, unused, and unwashed condition.
  • All original tags and labels must be attached.
  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Items that are damaged, altered, or do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted for a refund.

Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance".
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Items without their original packaging and tags.

How to Initiate a Return

Since we do not have a customer portal for managing returns, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our support team at [email protected] within the return period.
  2. Include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.
  3. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the Return Authorization Number, and ship it to the address we provide.

Please note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. FurahaNuru is not responsible for return items lost in transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the case of a return due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item as described above. Once the refund is processed, you can place a new order for the desired item on our website.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges.
